The SCORE Association is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 11,500 volunteers nationwide. Local chapters provide free counseling and low-cost workshops in their communities. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate their time and expertise as business counselors. SCORE was founded in 1964.

Greater Baltimore SCORE Chapter #3 serves Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Howard County, Northern Anne Arundel County, and Southern Carroll County. Our members, many of whom are retired, have had many years of experience in a variety of businesses. You can call us Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 410-962-2233 to get answers to your questions by phone. With an appointment, you can meet with a Counselor at one of our Resource Centers. For longer term counseling, fill out the Counseling Request form. Of course our Workshops offer a lot of useful advice.
